Meet The Owners of Lolark Contractors
Hi, we’re Josh Dauzat & Ssomya Trivedi. We want you to know that a ton of pride and care goes into everything we do, and we genuinely care about every client. Caring has been at the core of our business since opening in 2019.
After working together at the same company for years in different roles, we launched Lolark to find fulfillment. Designing and building is Josh’s creative outlet, and we both have an extensive background in construction. However, it’s people that we really know.
We understand how important it is to feel ownership of your space, have pride in it, and live in a home you truly love and enjoy. That’s why we provide an all-encompassing and personalized experience for every homeowner.

Josh & Ssomya
Presidents and Co-Owners
Presidents and Co-Owners, Josh and Ssomya, started Lolark Contractors to follow their passion for working with a specific clientele who wants a contractor that has their best interest in mind and values a higher quality of service. We felt there was a lack of quality service-oriented companies providing a positive impact on people’s lives as they transform their homes.
Josh has been in the construction space since he was 15, and Ssomya has extensive experience in the contracting space and loves helping to design their clients’ dreams.
In addition to home remodeling, Josh and Ssomya cherish their annual trips to India, where Ssomya is from.
Angel
Team Lead
Angel is a dedicated team lead overseeing various projects and identifying issues on the job site. He deeply appreciates the team culture and company values upheld by Lolark, and his favorite part of the job is the people he works with.
When he’s not on the job, Angel enjoys spending time with his family as a devoted father and husband and also loves playing the guitar.
Luis
Carpenter
Luis ensures that all carpentry work is done correctly and efficiently, keeping his team on track, and takes great pride in his skills as a carpenter. He enjoys the family aspect of Lolark and finds satisfaction in seeing customers happy with the finished product. Building is his passion, and he enjoys creating something he can be proud of.
Luis pursued his dreams by moving from Alaska and transitioning from a truck driver to a skilled carpenter. Luis spends time with his family and plays soccer in his free time.
Nesta
Carpenter
Nesta is a skilled carpenter who takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized job site while helping with home remodeling projects. He finds joy in seeing the transformation of bare-bones structures into something beautiful.
Nesta was introduced to Lolark through a roommate and has been with the company for several years. When not working, Nesta enjoys longboarding and playing the violin.
Tye
Carpenter
Tye is a skilled carpenter who handles every aspect of a project, from demolition to the final touches. Despite serving in the army, Tye has always been passionate about construction and enjoys working for Lolark because of their shared values.
He values quality work over convenience and finds satisfaction in seeing the homeowners’ reactions to the completed project. Tye grew up in San Francisco. He feels at home with the Lolark team and considers them family.
Dmitry
Carpenter/Remodeler
As a member of the Lolark Contractors team, Dmitry performs various tasks, including demolition, construction, and installation.
Lolark Contractors’ highly positive customer testimonials and Josh’s charisma were the main factors that led Dmitry to work with the Lolark crew. The best part of the job for Dmitry is the opportunity to collaborate with a fantastic team on diverse projects.
In Dmitry’s free time, he enjoys spending quality moments with his family outdoors.
