Josh and his team recently completed a second story addition on my craftsman home, and the results turned out great. The project was very complex as it involved foundation work, earthquake retrofitting, structural reinforcement work in addition the second story completion work. Josh was very responsive and communicated very well throughout the entire process as issues inevitably arose. His problem-solving judgment allowed them to navigate any unexpected issues that arose during the construction. Josh's honesty throughout the entire process was a refreshing change from past experiences I've had with other contractors. Overall, I would highly recommend Lolark to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled team for their home renovation needs.

I was very fortunate to have found Lolark Contractors and to have had the chance to work with Josh and his team. My home remodel project required us to install structural beams to reinforce the second story floor joists. We also added a window in one of the living room walls which required us to remove all of the existing siding and sheathing and replace it to bring it up to code (the house is 120 yrs old). Throughout the process Josh was very professional and responsive. He made himself available to answer any of my questions and made sure we were both aligned on what plans were before they started work. His team did a great job with the installation, they kept the job site clean, and were a pleasure to talk to. I will definitely keep Lolark in mind for future projects.
